Buying tickets from LearnQuest Academy of Music

Getting your tickets

Your tickets are emailed to the address you give at checkout, with a printable PDF attached, as soon as the payment is confirmed. Each ticket has a QR code that is scanned at the door; a ticket for a pass is valid only on its own date.

If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then use Find my order: enter your email address and we send you a link to your tickets again.

Seats and payment

The seats you choose are held for you for a few minutes while you pay, and released if the time runs out. Payment is by card and is handled by Stripe: your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by LearnQuest Academy of Music.

You can choose seats on the hall map or from a list of rows and seats under it, which works with a keyboard and a screen reader.
